Our Story

Hi, I'm Caroline.

– and with Neworn, I am building a smart, circular world for high-quality children's clothing that feels easy, trustworthy, and right.

But it wasn't always like this. I always loved to shop a lot. I saw how normal it had become to constantly buy new things. How quickly things lose their value, even though so much work, resources, and love are invested in them.

The turning point came when many babies were born around me – and I saw how naturally huge amounts of new clothing were bought, even though they are often only worn for a few months. I saw how much love the parents around me put into their children's wardrobes: so that the baby is comfortably, safely, and warmly wrapped.

And at some point, this thought came to me: Why does second-hand so often feel complicated, uncertain, or "less beautiful" – even though so much value and love are in it?

I started to look into circular systems, smart technology, and the question: How can one make second-hand as easy and trustworthy as buying new – maybe even more beautiful?

And that's exactly how Neworn came into being.

Today, with Neworn, I get to help families find high-quality favorite items for their children – without having to search for hours, without uncertainty, without compromising on quality.

Every day, I get to work towards making quality not a luxury. That care has no price tag. And that more parents have access to the things they want for their children.
